FRONT YARD - Features two fully grown trees on the open area (no puny greenery here...) and a diversity of other trees in front of the window providing a very reassuring level of privacy, as well as a welcoming source of cool shade in the summer.

    
   

BACK YARD - Large and almost completely leveled, this yard has two trees in the left corner and another tree in the right corner.  During spring, the largest one of the trees gets full of delightfully aromatic blooms in a lilac shade, which attracts a large number of butterflies, including monarchs. It is quite a scene! Obviously, the largest feature is the above ground pool, which was installed in July 2000.  The pool is accordance to city code (proper distance from both fences and the patio area, as well as vertical distance to the overhead branches, and underground phone lines).  It is maintained in perfect chemical balance, and vacuumed several times per week. The pool has proven to be a blessing time and time again: a source of fun for kids, and a VERY relaxing experience for adults!    There is an additional storage shed to the left of the pool, seen partially in this photograph.  Perfect for mowing equipment, pool maintenance products, camping & fishing gear etc.  It will stay dry all throughout the year.
